Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your customized wallet and other essentials order. As we personalize each wallet and accessories to your specifications, cancellations can impact our production schedule. Hence, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Period:
   • Cancellations are permitted within 4 hours of placing your order without incurring any cancellation fees.
   • After 4 hours, cancellations may still be possible, but a cancellation fee of 2 % of the total order value will be applicable.
2. Cancellation Process:
   • To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately via email celedhub@gmail.com or phone +919336829224 with your order details.
   • Mention “Order Cancellation” in the subject line and include your order number and details in the email for swift processing.
3. Refund Process:
   • Upon successful cancellation within the permissible period, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the order.
   • Refunds may take 7-10 days to reflect in your account, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.
4. Exceptions:
   • Orders that have entered the production phase or have been personalized cannot be canceled.
   • In case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will gladly replace or refund your order as per our Return and Exchange Policy.
